That makes me sad to know because these items actually ring up at half off. Meaning, if you scan two of these sodas the computer will ring them up at $2.99 each. Because of this, you are then able to use two coupons.
However, there is not an “official” coupon policy published online (That I can find!) so there is really nothing to hold each store accountable. The UN-official policy seems to vary per store depending on management. I would recommend contacting headquarters via e-mail with your concern and see what they say. If they say you are able to do so then print out the e-mail and take it along with you on your next shopping trip.

I ordered a bunch of the coupons off ebay we really like the Zevia! I hope my kroger does not give me any hassles! If so I will hold for a sale at Whole Foods they are very coupon friendly!
